From: Helen Cross <h.cross@brightwood.com> To: All @brightwood.com> Date: October 8 : Moving to the new office Dear all, As you already know, our company will move to the Riverside Building next month, and the final date has now been decided. We will close this office on Friday, November 14, and start working at the new on Monday, November 17. We chose the new building because the number of our employees has grown and this office has become too small for us. The new office is one stop from the station, but it has twice as much meeting space. Please clear your desk before you on November 13. Boxes will be delivered to each floor on November 10. Write your name and team name on every box. Put a red sticker on any box that contains documents with information, because those boxes will be carried by our own rather than by the moving company. Anything left in the old office after the moving day will be thrown away, so please take your belongings home yourself. Two things about getting to work will change. The parking area at the new building is smaller, so we will decide who can use it by lottery. Applications close on October 24. A free shuttle bus will also run between the station and the building every twenty minutes in the morning. If you have any questions, please me instead of the moving company. Their have not been told about our rules, and information could confusion on the day. Best regards, Helen Cross Affairs
