: Meeting about the school trip
Dear parents,
We will hold a meeting for parents about the second-year school trip on Thursday, October 9, from seven to eight thirty in the evening, in the school gymnasium. We chose an evening this year because many parents told us that the afternoon meetings we held in the were difficult to . At the meeting, the teachers who will travel with the students will the plan and answer your questions.
The trip will take place from November 18 to 21. The students will visit a mountain area in the north, where they will stay at a hotel for three nights and take part in outdoor activities. The total is $480, which includes , meals, and . Families may pay the whole amount at once by October 31 or it into three payments. Details of both methods will be explained at the meeting.
