Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Karen Lopez, and I work at the Greenfield Center. Every spring, we take a group of citizens on a day trip, and this year we are planning to visit the flower gardens in Hillsdale. A friend of mine who runs a nursing home told me about your company. She said that your drivers were very with older passengers. Also, your website says that the steps on all of your buses are low and easy to .
The trip will be on a Tuesday or Wednesday in late April, when the gardens are less crowded. We plan to the center at 9 a.m. and return by 4 p.m. At the moment, 38 people have signed up, including five volunteers who will help the participants. According to your website, your medium-sized bus has 40 seats, so I believe it will be large enough for our group.
Could you me how much it would to the medium-sized bus for one day? I would also like to know whether your driver could wait for us in Hillsdale while we visit the gardens. Some of our participants use walking sticks and get tired easily, so they may need to on the bus for a while during the day. Our center has a large parking lot, so your bus can pick everyone up right in front of the main entrance.
