Dear Ms. Bennett,
My name is Daniel Kim, and I am the leader of the photography club at Westbrook . Our members would like to visit your museum and join one of your photography workshops. Last year, a professor in our art joined your workshop on taking pictures of buildings. He told us that it was one of the best classes he had ever taken. We were also excited to learn that your museum is holding a special of old city photographs this winter.
We would like to visit on a Saturday in January, because most of our members have classes on weekdays. There are 24 members in our club. However, some of them will be away during the winter vacation, so we about 15 students to come. Your website says that each workshop can up to 20 people. We would like to the morning workshop and then see the special in the afternoon.
Could you let me know if any Saturdays in January are still ? I would also like to ask whether we need to bring our own cameras to the workshop. Some of our members have their own cameras, but others only have smartphones. If the museum can lend cameras to students who need them, that would be very helpful, and we would be happy to pay an fee for this service.
